MSR INFRAA, a partnership firm with Mr. Sanjeeva Raju & his wife Mrs. Suneetha as partners  has been established in September 2013 (Registration Number: GNR/413/2014-15 dated 19.09.14) by taking over the Proprietrix firm namely RR Constructions promoted by Mrs. Suneetha in 1996. The company has been in the real estate business by developing residential apartments, individual houses & villas. The partnership firm has its office at Dheeraj Lakefront Apartments in Amrutahalli, Bangalore.


Mr. Sanjeeva Raju has a proven experience in developing huge projects and has been the backbone for foraying into the business. He has expertized a few major Highway Projects during his tenure as a NHAI Project Director and has also been in the field of Highway Construction as a Contractor post his voluntary retirement from NHAI. Continuing as a Proprietrix concern, RR Constructions had its constraints in expanding the horizon of operations. Heeding to the advice of banks/ experts, Mr. Sanjeeva Raju felt it wise to convert the existing Proprietrix concern (RR constructions) into partnership by his entering into a partnership. His entry has strengthened the firm by way of additional capital infusion and value addition in terms of years of proven experience.
Mr. Sanjeeva Raju has set standards in quality construction, customer satisfaction, and cost affordability.

PROFILE OF THE PROMOTERS’ 
MSR Infraa is family concern where Mr. Sanjeeva Raju & his wife Mrs. Suneetha are the partners of the firm. To be precise the firm has emerged by taking over the assets and liabilities of the existing Proprietrix firm M/S RR Constructions in which Mrs. Suneetha was the Proprietrix. Constrained by its constitution (of being a Proprietrix firm) to expand the horizon of its domain, the promoters felt it prudent to float the partnership firm which effectively took over RR constructions in to Mr. Sanjeeva Raju besides being a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Civil) also holds the Masters’ degree in Civil Engineering (Structures). He worked as the project Director with National Highway Authority of India and took an early retirement purely with a view to expedite aggressively in realty. With his vast and varied experience, he undertakes the projects with a sole aim converting every venture into a landmark of excellence. Being the backbone of the firm, he successfully launched & completed 12 projects in Nellore and 3 in Bangalore before venturing into developing the ongoing project namely RR Signature.
